An 18th century manor remodeled in the 19th century, located in a magnificent 7 ha wooded park.

At the gates of Auvergne Tuscany, this recently renovated family home is located in La Sauvetat, a wine-growing village approved as a “small town of character” with a rich history, linked to the presence of the Hospitallers of Saint Jean of Jerusalem, who established a “commander” around which the Quartier des Forts was structured.

Village located 20 km south of Clermont-Ferrand very easily accessible by the A75 motorway, exit 6.

In the heart of a family and friendly atmosphere, we offer four refined and elegant rooms for which we wanted to return the charm of yesteryear while maintaining the comfort of today. They each have air conditioning, wifi, a television, a bathroom and private toilets.

You will also have access to the living rooms of the manor, in particular the library which includes works from the last century until today.

You will also have access to a “Haute Epoque” lounge with a large Volvic stone fireplace for board games, reading or simply for tea. In the dining room, a piano will await amateurs.

An English-style park of seven hectares surrounds the House. Maintained for several generations, it includes many century-old trees, an orchard, a body of water (unsecured) and a river, “Le Charlet”. The estate is completely enclosed by an arkose stone wall.

Many games such as a ping-pong table, table football, petanque balls, mini-golf, or badminton rackets are also available.

You also have the possibility of picnicking in the garden.
